Cardamon Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. crushed cardamon seed
    1 1/2 tsp. vinegar
    1 1/2 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Melt butter or margarine in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir in cardamon seed, vinegar and sugar.
    Strain the sauce, if desired.
    Good on beets, whole kernel corn and carrots.
    Yield: 1/4 cup.
