Meaty Breakfast Crunchy Ranch Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can tomatoes, cut up
1 can Durkee fried onions, divided
1/4 c. chopped green peppers
2 tsp. Durkee red pepper sauce
6 eggs
1 c. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1/4 c. sliced olives (green or ripe)
tortilla chips
Preparation

In a greased 7 x 11-inch deep dish, combine tomatoes, 1/2 can onions, green peppers and pepper sauce.
Break eggs over sauce. Top with cheese and olives.
Bake, uncovered, for 15 to 20 minutes at 400\u00b0 or until eggs are poached.
Bake a minute or so longer until onions are golden. Serve with tortilla chips.
