Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 medium sweet potatoes
3 medium apples
3 c. miniature marshmallows
3/4 c. sugar
dash of salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
oleo
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
3/4 c. water
Preparation

Peel sweet potatoes and slice about 1/2-inch thick.
Place in well-greased baking dish.
Peel and slice apples; spread over potatoes.
Scatter marshmallows over apples.
Sprinkle with sugar, salt and cinnamon; dot generously with oleo.
Mix cornstarch and water until smooth; pour evenly over all ingredients.
Cover with foil.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
