Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. grated carrots
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. nuts
    1 c. crushed pineapple
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Add pineapple, nuts and carrots last.
