Chops And Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 thick pork chops
    1/8 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 (16 oz.) can pork and beans
    2 Tbsp. catsup
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    4 slices green pepper
    4 slices onion
Preparation
    In skillet, brown pork chops; pour off fat.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Cover; cook over low heat for 30 minutes.
    Add beans, catsup, sugar and mustard.
    Top each chop with green pepper and onion slices.
    Cover; cook for 15 minutes more or until chops are done; stir occasionally.
