Antipasto Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head lettuce
    1/4 lb. salami, rolled
    6 oz. pepperoni, sliced thin
    1 chunk hard Provolone cheese, cubed
    1/4 lb. sliced soft Provolone cheese, rolled
    pepperoncini peppers
    2 tomatoes, cut in quarters
    1 can large pitted black olives
    1 jar green olives
    1 jar artichokes
    1 jar marinated mushrooms
    1/2 sliced Vidalia onion (optional)
    1 can anchovies
    oil and wine vinegar or Zesty Italian dressing
Preparation
    Arrange cleaned lettuce on large tray.
    Arrange all other ingredients on top of lettuce.
    Put anchovies in center in small cup.
    Add dressing when served.
