Pineapple Muffins - cooking recipe

8 oz. can crushed pineapple
1/2 C. all-purpose flour
1/3 C. firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 C. plus 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted and divided
2 C. all-purpose flour
1/2 C. sugar
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
3/4 C. milk
3 C. sugar
2 sticks butter
6 eggs (one at a time)
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. butter flavoring
3 C. flour
1/4 tsp. soda
pinch salt
Preparation

Alternate with 1/2 pint sour cream.
Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
