Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. corn meal
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. vanilla plus 1/2 tsp. lemon extract
Preparation
    Beat eggs and sugar until light.
    Add the rest of the ingredients.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake for 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Do not overbake.
    Remove from oven when center of pie shakes a little.
    It will thicken as it cools.
