Spicy Red Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. lard or bacon fat
    3/4 lb. onions, thinly sliced
    1/2 lb. tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped
    4 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 pkg. (Birds Eye) chili, crushed, but still whole
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Preparation Time: 10 minutes.
    Cooking Time: 20 minutes.
