Yummy Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. red skinned potatoes
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    3/4 stick margarine or butter
    1 tsp. dried onions
    1/3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Peel potatoes and boil in a large pan until done.
    Drain potatoes well.
    Add sour cream, butter, salt, pepper and onions. Mix with electric mixer until you can't stand it any longer and you must stick your finger in and taste.
    Add cheese and mix until blended.
    Serve with your favorite gravy.
    Mashed potatoes were not meant to be eaten without gravy.
