Strawberry Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pint strawberries, sliced
    1 c. sugar
    4 eggs, beaten
    2 c. sugar
    1 can condensed milk
    1 large can Pet skim milk
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
    dash of salt
    milk, approx 1/2 gal.
Preparation
    Prepare strawberries ahead by pouring 1 cup of sugar over the strawberries and let stand, stirring occasionally until sugar is dissolved.\tBlend in blender until smooth when ready to use.
