Sour Cream Raisin Pie - cooking recipe

3 eggs
1 Tbsp. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves (optional)
1 1/2 c. thick sour cream
1 1/2 c. raisins
1 (9-inch) pastry shell
Preparation

Beat eggs until light and fluffy.
Add and blend in flour, sugar, salt, cinnamon and cloves.
Then add the sour cream and raisins and blend.
Pour into pastry shell and bake until knife inserted 1-inch from side comes out clean, about 50 to 60 minutes at 350\u00b0.
