Beef-Noodle-Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 small pkg. wide noodles
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, diced
    1 c. cream-style cottage cheese
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1/3 c. chopped green pepper
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat and onion in butter; stir in tomato sauce.
    Remove from heat.
    Cook noodles in boiling salted water until almost tender; drain.
    Blend milk, cream cheese, sour cream, cottage cheese and green pepper into noodles.
    Alternate layers of noodle mixture with meat sauce in a 2-quart casserole, ending with meat sauce.
    Sprinkle cheese on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
