Family Corn Puff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen corn Niblets
    1 c. Bisquick
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Grease a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Cook corn as directed on package and drain.
    Beat Bisquick, milk, eggs and salt until smooth.
    Stir in corn and cheese.
    Pour into dish; bake about 1 hour until puffed and golden.
    Serve immediately. Serves 4 to 6.
