Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 lb. beef or 4 to 6 steaks
    1 bell pepper
    1 small onion or large, if preferred
    1/2 stick butter
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Shape beef into patties.
    Dust with flour on both sides.
    Brown in large skillet until done.
    Add water (about 1/2 cup) and simmer until water becomes like gravy.
    Saute onion and bell pepper in about 1/2 stick butter and then add to beef and gravy.
    Ready to serve.
    Also good made with any steak cuts.
    Gravy is good over mashed potatoes.
