Mexican Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (3 oz.) cans roasted, peeled green chilies, drain and reserve juice
1 lb. mild Cheddar cheese, grated
3 Tbsp. milk
1 Tbsp. chili juice
1 egg
Preparation

Line a 9-inch pie pan with chilies.
Top
with cheese.
Mix milk, chili juice and egg. Pour over cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
Cut into wedges. Serve hot.
