Potato Stuffing Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. water
3/4 c. margarine or butter
1 tsp. salt
3 1/4 c. seasoned croutons
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 c. milk
3 c. Hungry Jack instant potatoes
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 to 4 drops hot pepper sauce
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease a 2-quart casserole dish.
In large saucepan, heat water, margarine and salt to boiling.
Remove from heat.
Add milk to potato flakes and stir until well combined. Stir in 3 cups of croutons, celery, onion and hot pepper sauce. Spoon into prepared casserole dish.
Crush remaining croutons and sprinkle around edges.
Grate sharp Cheddar cheese and sprinkle around in middle.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until light golden brown.
