Barbecue Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 beef brisket (3 to 4 lb.)
    2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    celery salt
    garlic salt
    onion salt
    salt
    pepper
    1/2 c. barbecue sauce
Preparation
    Pour liquid smoke over brisket; sprinkle both sides generously with celery, onion and garlic salts.
    Wrap brisket in heavy foil and refrigerate overnight.
