Homemade Applesauce(Yield: 4-6 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 apples, peeled and sliced, Macouns are our favorite
    Water
    1 Tbsp. Cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. Nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. Cloves
    1/4 cup Brown Sugar
Preparation
    1. Place apples in heavy saucepan.
    Add water to cover. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
