John Massetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. wide egg noodles, cooked
    1 medium Spanish onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 1/2 lb. twice ground lean pork shoulder
    2/3 can tomato soup
    1/2 soup can water
    1/4 lb. American cheese, grated (reserve some for top)
    cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Fry onion and green pepper.
    Add meat and brown.
    Add soup, water and cheese.
    Put in casserole.
    Top with crumbs and cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
