Beef Tips In Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef stew meat
    1 tsp. onion powder
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    black pepper
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 tsp. instant beef bouillon
    1/2 c. strong cold coffee
    1 c. water
    1/4 c. flour
Preparation
    Place meat in a bowl with the next 3 ingredients.
    Marinate 1 hour.
    Heat margarine and oil in skillet. Stir in meat and sear. Add bouillon, coffee and water.
    Simmer, covered, for 30 minutes. Blend flour in 1/2 cup water. Stir in skillet and thicken.
    Serve over noodles or rice.
