Vondell'S Miracle Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 egg whites
1 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
22 crushed Ritz crackers
Cool Whip

Preparation

Beat egg whites until stiff; gradually add sugar and vanilla. Blend in other ingredients.
Pour into greased pie pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Chill and top with Cool Whip.
