Eggs Au Gratin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. grated Swiss cheese
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 eggs
Preparation

Add milk, seasoning and cheese to slightly beaten eggs.
Turn mixture into greased baking dish.
Place in pan of hot water and bake in moderately slow oven (325\u00b0) for 20 to 25 minutes or until firm.
Remove from oven.
Let stand 3 minutes and unmold onto platter.
Serve with tomato sauce.
