Mashed Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 lb. hamburger
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 c. mashed potatoes
    1/4 c. shredded mild cheese
    bacon
Preparation
    Mix thoroughly 1/2 cup soup, hamburger, onion, egg, bread crumbs, parsley and seasonings.
    Press firmly into a 9-inch pie pan.
    Bake for 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Spoon off fat.
    Frost with potatoes.
    Top with remaining soup and cheese.
    Bake for 10 minutes, or until done.
    Garnish with bacon.
