Hash Brown Omelet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. hash browns
    4 slices bacon
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 beaten eggs
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
Preparation
    Fry bacon; drain and crumble.
    In 2 tablespoons of bacon drippings, cook potatoes, onion, green pepper and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
    Pat mixture in bottom of skillet and cook 20 minutes until bottom is brown.
