Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cooked sausage
    1/2 lb. grated sharp cheese
    8 slices white bread (trim off crusts)
    3 or 4 eggs depending on size (can use more eggs if desired)
    2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    dash pepper
Preparation
    Grease 9 x 13 inch pan.
    Place bread in pan as a liner in bottom.
    Sprinkle cheese and sausage over.
    Mix eggs, milk, salt, pepper and mustard.
    Pour over bread, sausage and cheese.
    Chill overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
