Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. self-rising meal
    3 eggs
    1 2/3 c. sweet milk
    3 tsp. sugar
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1 can whole kernel corn
    7 pods pepper (mix hot and sweet), chopped fine
    1 large onion, chopped fine
    1 1/2 c. grated Longhorn cheese
Preparation
    Mix in order as given.
    Bake in greased iron skillet at 425\u00b0 until done.
