Lemon Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. water
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Mix cornstarch, sugar and salt in a saucepan.
Blend with 1/4 cup water until smooth.
Then add remaining water.
Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture boils.
Remove from heat, add remaining ingredients.
Makes 1 1/3 cups of sauce.
Serve on plain sheet cake or spice or etc.
