Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked diced potatoes
    2/3 c. melted margarine
    1 small sour cream
    1/2 c. diced onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    2 c. Pepperidge Farm dressing mix
Preparation
    Mix potatoes, 1/3 cup melted margarine, sour cream, onion, salt, pepper, soup and cheese.
    Put in large casserole dish.
    Mix 1/3 cup melted margarine and dressing mix; pour on top evenly. Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes or until golden on top.
