Gratin Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
3 to 4 medium onions, peeled and sliced
2 Tbsp. margarine
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. salt
dash of black pepper
dash of nutmeg
1 tsp. thyme leaves
3 Tbsp. parsley
1/2 c. whipping cream
paprika
Preparation

Saute onions in margarine until soft and transparent.
In a baking dish, arrange in layers the sliced potatoes and onions. Sprinkle with garlic seasonings in between layers.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 40 minutes.
Add whipping cream all over top.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Increase temperature to 400\u00b0.
Bake another 10 to 20 minutes until potatoes are soft and brown on top.
Serve with broiled meat.
