Crab Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 block butter
    1 big onion, chopped
    2 ribs celery (medium), chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 can crab meat (white)
    1 oz. cream cheese (light)
    1/4 tsp. red pepper
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Blend onion, celery and bell pepper.
    Saute in butter until clear.
    Add crab meat, cream cheese, red pepper and salt.
    Serve hot.
