Morning Glory Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. grated carrots
    1/2 c. nuts
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. shredded coconut
    2 tsp. baking soda
    3 eggs
    1 apple, shredded
    1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine oil, eggs, vanilla and sugar. Combine dry ingredients, stir in vegetables and fruits.
    Add to first mixture and mix well.
    Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full and bake for 15 to 18 minutes at 350\u00b0.
