Sour Cream Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
    1 c. sugar
    6 Tbsp. all-purpose flour, divided
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 c. chopped, peeled cooking apples
    2 unbaked pie shells (9-inch, deep dish)
    1/4 c. packed brown sugar
Preparation
    In a large bowl, beat eggs.
    Add sour cream.
    Stir in sugar, 1 tablespoon of flour, vanilla and salt; mix well.
    Stir in apples. Pour into pie shells.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
