1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip
1 box instant coconut pudding
1 box instant butterscotch pudding
2 3/4 c. milk
Preparation

Crust:
Mix butter, flour and nuts.
Pat firmly in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes at 325\u00b0.
Cool.
