Gravy For Chicken Or Liver - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 Tbsp. chicken grease or 1 stick butter
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 stalk finely chopped celery
1 Tbsp. flour (heaping)
black pepper and sage to taste
1 boiled egg
1 c. broth or milk
cooked chicken or liver
Preparation
-
Heat fat from chicken or butter.
Add onions and celery and cook just a little.
Add flour, pepper and sage.
Cut up boiled egg and add.
Add meat of chicken or you can use liver.
Cook until thickens.
