Montana Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
1 small onion, diced
1 c. milk
1 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. chopped cooked ham
2 Tbsp. margarine
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
-
Cook potatoes and onion with margarine.
Salt and pepper in enough water to cover until tender.
Add flour to milk and add to potato mixture along with ham.
Cook until thick.
Serves 2.
