Lobster Newburg - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. (1 qt.) cream
    3 beaten egg yolks
    3 Tbsp. white dry wine
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. salt
    paprika
    toast points
    seafood (lobster, shrimp, scallops), cooked
Preparation
    Melt butter in a skillet.
    Blend in flour until smooth.
    Add cream, all at once.
    Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
