Italian Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 well-beaten eggs
    1 lb. ground round
    1 clove garlic, minced
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 cans tomato paste
    3 cans hot water
    2 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/2 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Mix first 3 ingredients with wet hands.
    Form 16 balls.
    Brown slowly in hot oil, shaking pan frequently to keep balls round. Blend paste with other ingredients.
    Pour over meatballs.
    Cover and simmer 1 hour.
    Serve over cooked noodles or spaghetti.
