Wedding Crab Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crabmeat (backfin), well picked
    2 large cloves garlic, minced
    1 c. heavy whipping cream
    white pepper and cayenne pepper
    2 lb. cream cheese, softened
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 c. grated Gruyere cheese (save 1/4 c. for topping)
    Tabasco
Preparation
    Blend all together.
    Fold in crab.
    Pour into greased casserole.
    Top with 1/4 cup Gruyere and heat until bubbly in 350\u00b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Yields 1 quart.
    Serve with Melba toast.
