Green Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped parsley
    1/4 lb. butter or margarine
    1 c. raw rice
    3 c. chicken broth
Preparation
    Saute onions,
    celery
    and
    parsley in butter.\tPut raw rice and
    vegetables in a large casserole.
    Mix together.
    Add chicken broth.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours, covered.
