Hot Johnny Tomato Catsup - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 bushel tomatoes
1/2 gal. cider vinegar
1/2 gal. sugar
8 large onions
1 Tbsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. celery seed
1/4 c. salt
1 Tbsp. cayenne pepper *

Preparation

*If you like it mild, leave out cayenne pepper.
