Layered Fiesta Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
    1 (6 oz.) container frozen avocado dip, thawed
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    sour cream
    tortilla or corn chips
Preparation
    In a 10-inch skillet, cook onion and beef until onion is tender and beef is no longer pink.
    Drain off fat.
    Stir in chili powder, then refried beans.
    Cook, covered, until heated through. Stir.
    Spread avocado dip over mixture.
    Top with shredded cheese. Heat until cheese is soft.
    Before serving, dollop sour cream over cheese.
    Serve with chips.
