Crisp Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 oz. cornflake crumbs
    1 tsp. oregano
    salt and pepper to taste
    garlic powder to taste
    12 oz. chicken or fish, cut into wide strips
Preparation
    Combine ingredients.
    Dip chicken or fish in water, then in crumbs.
    Put on nonstick sheet, sprayed with Pam.
    If any crumbs remain, sprinkle on.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until done. Makes 2 servings.
