Brisket With Rub - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. red pepper
    1 1/2 Tbsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    1 Tbsp. allspice
    beef brisket
Preparation
    Mix first 6 ingredients in a bowl.
    Preheat oven to 250\u00b0. Apply rub to both sides of brisket (fatty side last).
    Place in pan, fatty side up, and cover with heavy-duty foil or use roasting pan with lid.
    Bake for 10 to 12 hours.
    Can be cooked on grill.
