Salisbury Steak And Onion Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can onion soup
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 egg
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 c. catsup
    1/4 c. water
    1 tsp. Worcestershire
    1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine 1/3 cup of the soup with the beef, bread crumbs, egg, salt and pepper.
    Shape into 6 patties and brown; pour off fat.
    Gradually blend in remaining ingredients, stirring to loosen browned meat bits.
    Cover and cook over low heat 20 minutes or until done.
    Stir occasionally.
