Easy Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. Wesson oil
1 stick butter
1 egg
2 1/2 c. plain flour
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
nuts (optional)

Preparation

Mix well with mixer; roll into balls and mash with a fork onto a greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until light brown.
