Corn Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn
3/4 c. crushed Ritz crackers
2 Tbsp. butter, cut in pieces
paprika
Preparation

Place egg in 1 1/2-quart greased casserole; beat well with fork.
Stir in milk, sugar, corn, crackers and butter.
Cover; microwave at Medium-high for 10 minutes.
Stir well.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Cover; microwave at Medium-high 5 to 6 minutes. When done, center will be just barely set.
Makes 4 servings.
