Easy Egg Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
3 eggs
1 large can evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
dash of salt
Preparation

Grease and flour (real thick) 9-inch deep pie pan.
Beat eggs, add
to
flour
and sugar.
Gradually add evaporated milk and vanilla.
Pour
into
pie pan and top with nutmeg.
Bake 40 minutes or until knife comes out clean at 350\u00b0.
