Fried Rice (Japanese) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 slices ham, cut into strips
2 green onions, chopped
1 block ginger, finely chopped
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 Tbsp. sesame oil
3 eggs
2 Tbsp. + 1 tsp. clear DASHI sauce
1/2 tsp. sugar
dash pepper
2-3 c. cooked rice
Preparation

Mix eggs, 1 tsp. DASHI sauce, sugar and pepper until well blended.
Heat skillet, add sesame oil, and egg mixture.
Scramble and remove from skillet.
Add vegetable oil to the hot skillet. Stir in green onion, ginger and egg mixture.
Add cooked rice and ham until crisp and hot.
Mix with 2 Tbsp. DASHI sauce and a little pepper to taste.
If you prefer, you can use any kind of meat instead of ham.
