Lanita'S Red Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 slices bacon, fried
    1/4 c. onions, chopped
    1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
    1 small can tomato sauce
    1 1/2 c. leftover rice
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Fry bacon; set aside.
    Saute onion and pepper in bacon grease. Stir in cold rice, then tomato sauce and crumbled bacon.
    Simmer 5 minutes.
